How to use

  1. Place the Chef’ Sharpener on the countertop.
  2. Grip the handle with your non-dominant hand (it’s ambi, meaning you can hold it with either hand).
  3. Use your dominant hand to hold the knife handle. Place the knife heel into the coarse slot, with its tip pointing away from you.
  4. Pull the knife all the way through the slot, from its heel to over its tip, while applying a little pressure to make sure the edge of the knife is always in contact with the sharpening material.
  5. Repeat Step 4 five times or more if your knife is severely damaged.
  6. Repeat the process on the medium and the fine slots respectively.
  7. Rinse your knife and dry it with a towel.
  8. Your dull knife is now razor-sharp again!
